I almost got scam for my Jordan 12s wings on eBay The buyer had amazing rating but before I ship them off I look up there address and realize it was a warehouse (I found this on a badbuyer website page ) and basically what they do is They send you the money you ship it to the warehouse with a tracking number and when it arrives to the warehouse the post office just drops it off and no one signs for it (even tho the tracking number states it arrived at its locations) but since no one signs for it they file a claim through eBay stating "they never received the item" When eBay looks at the case they see the item was ship but not sign for and they side with the buyer and take the money from you and refund them back even tho they got the item the whole time

Honestly, your points are pretty much the general conscious on the shoe. 5. Yes it stressful but pretty much all Nike / Jordan brand releases about 1+ years ago were. I remember donating my whole Saturday to take an L on some Jordan Releases. And Adidas is trying to make it more faster and swift with the Confirmed App so instead of sitting around all day. You can click and button and get a pair or not. So I think it can be really stressful if you don't use all your resources and rely solely on Adidas Online to get them. But for the most part any hyped up shoe or thing requires the same effort. You have to put the work in to get a pair. 4. $350 - 750s $200 -350s is a lot but if your a kid this is chance to pool your resources and make connections. If you look at it from a business standpoint. You can buy a pair and try to flip it for almost 3x your initial investment..So get your mom or friend to invest the required money and promise them a return when you sell the pair. And then you use the money you made for the next release and so fourth. My mom , friends and GF loves to invest when I give them the opportunity.If being doing this since I was 16. Now I'm 23. It's not really that risky. Either I hit or I don't. However all it takes is a few weeks or days and her money is back in there account with a solid return. If you get a crew of investors even better. More pairs , More money, And a cycle never ends. 3. Being a target- I agree with this point. This risk is present with almost anything though. The world is a crazy place. And if you're not alert at all times you can get caught slipping. My advice is don't wear you Sunday's best everywhere you go. Think about where you're going , where you live and what's going to happen during you're day before you throw on your favorite pairs. I'm a grown ass man in NYC and I still do this. Don't have to flex every damn day. 2. I agree that's why I GENERALLY sell local and really take Paypal very serious. I have a detailed invoice template. Take pics. And even try to verify buyers when possible. If you take the right steps you can really reduce your risk of being scammed online. It's very tricky though. 1. Fakes are everywhere. You have to know what you're looking for. To the general consumer these look nice and that's why they bought them. The sneaker culture is not as big as everyone makes it seem. Their millions upon millions of people who have never seen or even tried to grab a pair of these. Have no clue who is associated with the shoes. Or what the real colorways are. So there will always be a few that get caught with fakes. Whether it be intentional or unintentional. However if you're in the know, do your research and use your resources (Nike Talk, Reddit, KZbin. Facebook). Cover all the bases and use COMMON SENSE and it should all workout.

I think they should general release on yeezy,'s then have some limited color ways on the market. That way people can get them and feel safe actually wearing them since they know they can actually get another pair and hype beasts can still have something to go after. When the demand is this high the supply is this low and the resale is crazy, you get people who don't even want the shoes buying them and trying to make some resale money. That kinda sucks the fun out of it knowing your fighting against people who don't want the shoe, just the money. It also makes it tough for people to wanna wear the shoes out because they know they are wear sneakers that are worth 2k, which keeps people from wearing them. Same thing with the NMD. They should general release the mesh version and sell the prime knits on special releases like they do now.

I grew up in the eighties at a time when people were getting robbed and beaten for their Fila sneakers. My parents bought the first pair of Jordans that ever came out back then and I gave them away to a family that needed shoes to go back to school. I was born with a silver spoon in my mouth, so price tags didn't mean much to me I just didn't like them because they were bulky and ugly. Once I put on my first pair of Prada I have been addicted ever since. People still give me compliment on sneakers that I bought 20-30 years ago because they don't change color, they last forever! And unless you literally go jogging through hell with gasoline on the bottom of your shoes, the soul of the shoe will not even dent. Yeezy is a pretty sneaker but the stigma behind it isn't worth one of my children getting hurt or killed for it. I thank God that they only wear Prada and Fendi which in many instances cost more but because they're not the desirable sneaker of the time, everyone just leave them alone. Life is simple and Too Short and sadly can be cut even shorter for making one wrong decision and being in the wrong place at the wrong time hopefully not with these sneakers on. God bless you all🖤🖤🖤
