@YamatoOver9000 Both songs are by Sound Horizon: the first one is "Thunder God's Left Arm", can be found from Chronicle 2nd album. The second one is "Asa to Yoru no Roman" from Roman album.

Do you mean at 8:25? Holy Roman Empire was with Chibitalia. Italy and Germany were the modern forms of those countires, and Chibitalia and HRE were the childhood versions.
