I appreciate your lectures on topics otherwise not covered by other educational sources on-line. I understand that slow speech may be more conducive to learning, but in a video format where pausing/slowing/rewinding is possible, it wouldn't hurt to speak as a faster pace! I'd be happy with your content regardless, though. All the best in your endeavours. Also out of curiosity, have you and your colleague considered approaching Khan Academy or another established tutoring organization to merge content or provide content through them? I know you cover more than organic chemistry, but for your organic chemistry content there is also a website called Master Organic Chemistry which may compliment your videos well, and vice versa. Their being included on the site might make your content more available/seen. :) Thanks again for your efforts.
