It appears that flygon, despite having "fly" in its name, does not resist bug. This is an outrage. Edit: I have just been informed that flygon cannot learn outrage in generation three, making this distinctly not an outrage. My mistake, folks.

I thought it was obvious because HP Rock + Earthquake covers everything except Flygon (uncommon pick to begin with). HP Rock/Flying + Double Edge loses badly to Skarmory, Metagross and T-Tar, the 3 most common mons in ADV OU

You don't run Double Edge with Taunt. You run Double Edge instead of Taunt ... if you run Hidden Power and Double Edge, your coverage will be dogshite.
