well the song (and video) was released way back in 2000 as the description states, long before anything came to light, sadly, and he was at that time simply regarded as a long running Television presenter, discjockey and (sends shivers down my spine to say this) charity fundraiser. So yep, certainly cannot be on purpose nor ignorance. The only thing NJ could perhaps do is reupload with either the video pixelated our or the sound blanked for that sample or both, but that would take some editing and time, and at the end of the day I think leave it as a stark reminder to all that often devils of people were idols in their time before atrocities came to light :(
