Interesting, though I feel like there are some continuity errors and directorial choices that confused me. I really did enjoy the video though! For continuity: At 4:59 she seems to have come at a print and then the gun seems to get electrified and shot out of his hands, while at best she could be doing a really tight turn around the steel beam. He then picks it up and is shown with a close up as having nothing in his hands and sprinting after her. At 5:44 she's shown as being in dark shadow, so dark that the assassin misses her completely and loses her trail. Then she seemingly intentionally wets her sneakers at 5:54 and is now in bright light. This implies she's trying to draw him into an alley. He follows her in, and at 6:26 after hitting him in the face the gun goes flying... which implies he was holding it in his mouth. At 7:05, she very clearly locks the door with an audible click. At 8:50 she just... opens it and walks out. No click, no unlocking, just opens and walks out. For direction: At 2:09, the mistress of the husband rushes out with the husband, which is a confusing choice. One would expect the person to shy away and try and hide further in the office. Instead, while the wife is backing away and leaving, she comes out, walks for a solid five seconds toward the camera and then leaves the frame, never to be seen again. At 9:13 she returns to the scene of where the man she knocked out was and he somehow gets the drop on her. She spins around and seemingly materializes her gun by spinning on reaching behind her back, but doesn't point it at the assassin. He then also seemingly has a gun... somehow, and reaches behind his back and holds his hand as if he has one. The problem with that is that he's wearing a small sleeveless jacket, so it's obviously not in his waistband of his trousers, thus also seems to apparate a gun simply by reaching for it.
