I'm looking forward to the real deal show. It don't matter to me what night it's on, I'll be there watch'n. I will absolutely be trying some Real Deal Malt also. I've never used a turbo yeast myself. Mile Hi distilling sent me some to try and I've been meaning to try it and make a video for the Still'n The Clear community, but I just haven't got around to it yet. You keep it up brother.

Yeah, I just did two runs using turbo yeast. The first was a rum, the second was about two gallons of the rum wash plus three gallons of apple cider. Man that turbo yeast lives up to it's name. I'm used to making wine and two to three week fermentation. That turbo is fast, but it doesn't taste good. The wine yeast and the longer ferment was much better. I'll bet the bread yeast would be better too. The thing with brewing is that if you have the patience to wait, it will always be better. I'm not keeping a turbo starter. I enjoy your show.

G'day John, I'm on board with your channel 100%, also, I'd buy 25kg bags of your malt corn in a heart beat 'HOWEVER' I'm in Aussie and the freight would kill me, down here they charge $89 bucks for a 25kg bag (55lbs) so I have to gelatinize my own using enzyme's, alpha & Beta Glucanase liquid and that costs an arm and a leg too. @@johnmiller7162 Oh man,, I'm so sorry. I'm glad that she is recovering and is doing well. I used to be involved in EMS so I am familiar with strokes and the damage that can be done, both short term as well as long. We will say a prayer for the both of you. Have patience brother, it is amazing what we humans can come back from, and stay strong and support her as best as you can. My ( our ) best to you my friend and give her our best as well. Wish I could be there to give you a hand on your back or a hug for support. No matter how strong we are, all of us need to know that someone cares.
