Great testimony, pray all bullied people (many of us!) would find the Lord and could share in that joy of knowing the Lord, and not only that, but discovering they have so much more to offer than just being a bullied person - like a talent such as singing, songwriting, playing an instrument, serving the Lord through these talents.

Paul This song Curt wrote sure paints a picture in my mind of the beauty of Idaho. You sure can tell Idaho will always hold a special place in the heart of Curt. I just had family move to Idaho, so maybe one day soon, I will get to visit there and experience the beauty for myself. This song does have a captivating melody to it. I'm looking forward to the next three songs yall have lined up for us to watch and listen to. Right this moment it might feel a little like Idaho here in Arkansas supposed to be getting 5 to 9 inches of snow that's a big winter for here. Hopefully they are wrong on the amount don't mind the snow but it sure makes it sloppy afterwards. I hope you all stay safe and warm as the storm heads your way from here. Debbie
@BlindPigAndTheAcorn12 сағат бұрын
Thanks, Debbie! I'm glad you liked Curt's song. You will definitely have to go see those kin folks in Idaho so you can take in some of the beautiful scenery. I would go in the summertime, if it was me! :-) We have the same forecast here. Lots of folks are getting anxious and buying out the grocery stores. :-) Tipper's planning to go sledding. I just hope she doesn't break any bones. :-) Hope you all stay safe and warm too.

Paul, I enjoyed this so much hearing about the Lords grace and hearing a song about my neighboring state Idaho it's actually really close to my state of Utah. It is a Beautiful country here I could really connect to this song. ❤😊
@BlindPigAndTheAcorn12 сағат бұрын
Thanks, Monica. That's so cool that you live in Utah. I've learned that a lot of times in movies, when the setting is supposed to be Arizona, it's usually the canyons in Utah that appear on the screen. The Lord has really done a lot for Curt, and Curt, in turn, wants to share the gospel with anyone who will listen. In the next videos, you will learn a little more about where the Lord brought Curt from, spiritually.

There is so much to love about this video, Paul. It touches my heart when someone feels so positive about a special place that they write (and/or perform) a beautiful musical tribute to it. Seeing Curt performing Hey Idaho in your home in 2025, and then seeing the video of him performing it in 1997 was an exceptional treat. It was also a thrill for me to see you accompanying Curt on your sister Tipper's bass guitar. This is a great presentation in so many ways. 👍👍

Wow! Thanks, Noah. I was so excited and happy to be able to do this with Curt, and I'm looking forward to when the other songs post. A nice lady named Diane Travis Patterson captured that video way back in 1997, and she was kind enough to give me permission to use it in this video. Curt still has it, singing and playing just as good as he did 28 years ago, just with more character and experience in his voice. :-)

I freaking love it!!! (to put it eloquently haha). I would've loved that song back then and I love it now. Never lived there, but remember traveling through (SoDakota to Washington state, a rare, family road trip to see friends). My mouth was hanging open in awe, like nothing I'd seen (felt same way re: Montana). I couldn't get over the sights (Coeur d'Alene). I really like this tune. THANK YOU BOTH.

@BlindPigAndTheAcorn12 сағат бұрын
That's funny, PinkPrudie! I was lucky enough to spend a week in Alaska, but I've never been to Hawaii. Speaking of not understanding geography or statehood, it always cracks me up when people say they are "leaving the country" to move to Alaska or Hawaii. :-)
@PinkPrudie2912 сағат бұрын
@ I too was able to travel to Alaska, in 2019! It felt like I was out of the country, for sure! I saw things I never dreamed of seeing. We took a 7 day land tour and a 6 day cruise. It was honestly a trip of a lifetime! I love to see things, I just hate having to travel to get there!🤣 Airplane rides are the worst!😬 I would go to Israel, but, I’m happy with waiting for the bird’s eye view!🤣
