Hey Jimmy Kimmel I told my kids I ate all their Halloween candy!

11/6/11 Thanks for all the love! Just wanted to answer some questions...
1) They are 2 years apart and they are both girls :)
2) Jesus is our homeboy.
3) We do have one more little girl (I was holding her in one arm and recording this with the other!) We have no plans at this time for further procreation :)
4) Ummm...we'll not be authoring a parenting book anytime soon. Yowza. Keep in mind you are seeing 2 minutes of our life! I am, however, a big fan of READING parenting books....our fave is "Making Children Mind Without Losing Yours" by Kevin Leman. It is great!
5) Lastly, to those who expressed that these little girls have made you re-think your own attitudes and reactions, thanks for sharing! I hope that you find happiness in your new disposition :)

11/3/11 I saw the clip of all the kids on Jimmy Kimmel and was shocked at all the tears!! I decided to try it out on G&G and see how they would react :) Kind of mean but no harm done....

OMGosh.....you have the NICEST KIDS EVER!!!!! They seem very well adjusted and can take disappointing things in a mature manner! I know adults that can't do that. So cute that your daughter was concerned that you were gonna get sick. She showed nothing but compassionate the whole time after you told her you ate her candy.

my kid diddnt go trick or treating and instead a got him a game called minecraft for his computer. and instead of saying i ate all of his candy i said i deleted minecraft and he punched a hole through his screen on the computer

Im sure there is a strong christian element in how you raise those precious little darlings of yours but I don't however think that being christian is the reason why these kids are as grounded as they are. I think it more comes down to the good parenting that you guys have. The open communication your family seems to have is fantastic. Your values definitely shows through in their demeanor.
