Very understanding response from my 3 year old Madeline ;)
This was for the Jimmy Kimmel Halloween Challenge a tiny little joke (which she took better than a lot of adults apparently). I did not eat all of her candy, I immediately told her I was just kidding and she still could not have cared less! Thank you for all the VERY nice comments we were both very moved by such a response.....For those of you with nothing nice to say, to quote my 3 year old "....I'm just sad" for you that is ; ) BE NICE TO PEOPLE..........You never know what their hearts have been through!

She is just as happy and positive and she is 14 years old now! She and I have a wonderful relationship with no lingering "trauma" from this little trick I played on her so many years ago! I'm so glad her video still brings so many people joy to this day :)

I used to think she was so amazing and she is. But she is also suppressing her emotions to "not be mad"at such a young age and it's just sad to see that young children are not allowed to fully feel so they can be seen as good.

Her reaction is so admirable! She doesn't need to be mad. It's just candy. It's just candy, it's a prank. It's not the end of the world for her. She gets it! No unnecessary tantrums, over some candy. Great mom for raising a child that can think before she reacts! Adults could learn a lesson from this clip: think before reacting hastily!

Really impressed with the intelligence and maturity level of this little girl. Her response was even more mature than how a lot of full-grown adults would react. It's especially remarkable how a child of her age -- 3 years old -- would be cognitively developed enough to put herself in other people's shoes and see things from their perspective (I've studied psychology, and the ability to think about others' feelings doesn't usually appear until age 6). She shows concern and asks her mom if she's feeling sick and getting enough water after eating all that candy, rather than throwing a fit about how her "Halloween is ruined" like I've seen most other kids do. She is also able to distinguish between being angry and being sad, and is able to forgive and show compassion despite admitting that she was saddened by her mom's actions. She is really advanced for her age, and is one gem of a child. She's going to be a really great person one day. Her parents have raised her well.

This is the best reaction on the whole show, the mother keeps asking her if she is mad and she just keeps calmed telling her that she is not, if that were me even at this age I know I would either break in tears or end up yelling at her. She is so sweet and mature, she cared more for her mother's well being than for the candy and she even offered her to share next year, this girl is great, respect for her parents, I wish I knew them to ask them the key to raise a child.

Seen her on jimmy kemmel video clips. I thought she's nice and cute. Luckily was able to watch the full video, so I would like to add lot of things about the cute baby. First, I like the way she act and answer, so honest. I'm so touched on how she cares for her mom telling her to drink water so mom won't get uncomfy, instead of doing tantrum.
