I'm 25 and I feel the same man, except for that last bit. I'm not going to tell you what you should do but I'm telling you what I've been doing. I try to fill my day up as much as possible, the minute I have too much "free" time is time I'm going to overthink and usually in a negative way. I've been working out, trying to understand the stock market, tried playing some videogames with strangers ( usually from reddit), I'm still in school so I try to study at least one hour a day, I go for long long walks and I try to visit my family once a week even if I don't like them or they don't like me. I am very shy but I know that overthinking and staying negative won't get me anywhere in life so I try to think about stuff I know I will do, also I try to be very aware when I'm feeling negative, I just try to think of things I like, like playing games, listening to music or even some television shows I am excited about. I made a visionboard and it really helped my visualize my goals even more, even though I already planned them in my head. At the end of the day I might still feel alone and isolated like you do, and that's okay. I do not push those feelings away, I use them as fuel knowing that this is just a bad time in life. Which ofcourse happens to us all and is normal.
