Just a quick correction - Jin's hellsweep has insane range (and tracking). It actually has even a little bit more range than DJ's or Kazuya's. Its only disadvantage is that it is slower. Still unseeable of course but more prone to get counterhit out of it.

I would say DJ is the easier character. The amount of DJ players I encountered that never use electrics and got high ranks because of U4 cheese is just ridiculous.

I think Devil Jin might be easier to use than Jin. 112 and df4 for fast poking, more reach on his 10 and 12f punishes, faster recovery on Electric, faster Hellsweep more reach on his df2 and a steel peddle. He also has an easy whiff punish in f3+4.

Leroy has the best parry to nullify EVERY MOVE including fireballs. Otherwise, I generally agree.
