Just got off my 17hr fast and my first meal was very healthy. I'm just trying to do right so I can feel good and live as long as I can. Both me and my husband are on a healthy lifestyle journey. I make my own pizza, it not Rocket Science. yeast. flour, sugar, salt. Water, olive oil, rise, pizza sauce. mottzella cheese, add in veggies, pizza pan bake done and a good salad, i make mind in my Ninja food processor, 😊
