How can you take a song and seamlessly and phenomenally convert them into these styles? You guys deserve billions of views and fans.

It's surprisingly simple from a technical standpoint (not to say it's easy, it's hard as hell, but it's simple). A song is lyrics, and a chord progression. a Style/Genre is a rhythm, tempo, and tone (and occasionally lyrical embellishments). So if I want to sing any given song in any given style, I can do so given the chord progression and the lyrics, given enough skill and knowledge of the style and the right instruments.
