Very true! I actually feel a lot better after just working on my diet and eating/cooking better food, combined with the fitness increase... feeling much better

Thanks Ash. Doing proper ride videos isn't easy - getting the drone out, setting up cameras and going back and forth up the trails to get extra clips. I'll try though!
