U r too diplomatic Karthik 😅 Subum Gill will hang on as long as he wants, till his potential future father-in-law decides not to use his powers to keep him in the team, just like he did for himself for a long time when he was not performing well, unfortunately affecting many young players' potential to join the team. Sanju will continue killing his career as long as he plays for Kerala. KCA, like other associations, unions, Media and political parties in Kerala operate, will prioritize ego and attitude over merit, especially when influenced by money or powerful BCCI figures and other North lobbyist whose objective is to keep as many talented South Indian players away from the Indian team , a tradition followed for decades. Sad but true, we must live with this reality; the old system still exists in team selections and old beneficiaries are in full swing to practice it 😅 The problem will not get resolved untill they bring proper point system for domestic performances and include them in the Indian team camp with exception of consistently performing player's in international matches.
