Exactly. Miss BO4 lobbies so bad. Now you play one great match and get placed against tryhards like they’re playing for Faze or whole teams camping spawn on maps like Nuketown and Diesel. BO4 had a good mix of both. Of course you’re gonna get campers but Jesus whole teams are camping and then gloat about their KD.

The #1 tip you'll ever hear for getting better in an online shooter: Get better internet. If you feel like your getting killed by players faster than you get killed by bots, then it's your internet. Get a new/ better router. I went from getting 15-18 kills to 44 kills before the skill based match making took over. Now I feel like I'm as good as the players I thought were pros before.

Strangely I have a better kd in CW than MW I think it's because of the purple bananas. In mp I ended up so many times on the top 1. For the hip fire before aiming I think it really depends on the weapon class you're using, how you built it and if you're sprinting or not. Smg's for exemple have a low sprint to fire time and the ads time is a bit longer so yeah it make sense. But with an AR built for fast ADS your sprint to fire is gonna be longer than the ads time, so if you aim after the hip fire while running you gonna add time to the operation.

I been using an Astro C40 controller that has triggerstoppers and back buttons for about 2 and a half years and trigger sensitivity makes a huge difference, you can adjust it in the software for the controller along with a different kind of dead zone/sensitivity than what is usually in game settings.

I’ve been PlayStation most of my life besides the 2 years I had Xbox one when it came out and the c40 is almost in between which is what I really like about it. aim assist is a aimbot for console players, The reason people get aim resist is because they are not on target and they are litrally fighting the aimbot as its trying to snap it to target, There is no top snipers that play with a keyboard n mouse. They are all console aim assist players doing one shot kills over and over. That dont work with a keyboard n mouse.

The fact that aim assist is a thing for controller players is the only reason they be able to play against K&M players

That's why there's really strong aim assist on crossplay games like cod and splitgate. For me aiming with a joystick with no aim assist is unplayable in any game whether it's PVE or PVP. Playing with M&K is more satisfying to me than controller. I wish more games would let you choose to play against people using the same input method.

@@tommielif Yeah I really like that we have crossplay now too. I think maybe ranked modes should have input based matchmaking though. Cause in Splitgate it seems like the controller player's aim assist gives them an advantage in close quarters/ fully auto cause the aim assist is so strong. But it's easier to open/close portals and snipe on M&K so maybe it all balances out. I'm fine with it but I'd prefer that ranked modes had a fully even playing field.
