I used to get nightmarish period pains, I also almost fainted once. Periods aren’t one size fits all, I might have a four day period but the next girl will bleed for seven days straight. She might have a light af period, mine could incredibly heavy and painful. Management need to stop pretending they know what’s going on in their employees’ uteruses. Only we know that. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’m glad my work has a call out number. You call the number answer questions from the answering machine and never have to talk to your manager.
