I don't think you can compare a fans hug to rape. That analogy is quite a leap. I myself never would ask for a hug. My point is that she seems to be bothered by interacting with fans. She seems unhappy with that aspect. If that's the case don't book gigs where the promoter expects that of you. Not all money is good money. If you've met Trixie, you know that isn't true. She's not comfortable with invasions of her personal space, that's who she is and there is nothing wrong with it. If you want to give her a hug when you meet her, just ask, and if she says no, respect that. It's not shade, it's just who she is. If she seems offput, keep in mind it happens hundreds of times to her each week, and she's doing her best to give the fans what they like.

I'm simply making an observation that she seems to be somewhat disillusioned with the entire process. She seems angry about it. The thing about success in the public eye is that it is fleeting.
