Watched this on Sunday afternoon, totally absorbing, uplifting and touching film . Shia has mellowed, and love his films . Great acting from Zack as the main character, chasing his dream .

This is a fantastic movie, Fine traditional story telling at its finest. Not a big LaBeouf fan, but as an actor and man, i have a new appreciation of him now. One could literally see a new bond forming before ones eyes. Great movie, great cast, cheers folks for such memorable performances across the board.

I love how nervous and protective Shia is when the interviewer asks about " parallels" in Zack's character. He looked ready to hit him !

Not often you get a Hollywood movie which is meaningful and profound. This was one of the special ones for me. Really enjoyed it.

I had a similar point of view before I met my wife who worked at a care center for those with disabilities and they can enrich our lives. Getting to know the residents changed my narrow point of view and I made friends with those who never know hate, bigotry, prejudice or animosity. They truly are god’s angels sent to remind us of unbiased love.

I think it’s really cute that Zack picked up some of Shias mannerisms- at one part he is “stroking his beard” shows how much he looks up to him

To be honest, I've been avoiding this movie for some time. But WOW, was that a mistake! What a tremendous movie! The chemistry between LaBeouf and Gottsagen is, from the very start completely engaging! And the character of Eleanor, and her arch is really good too! Top-shelf acting all around!
