He is, isn't he? It's a genuinely beautiful film, but JF and Bill Nighy really stand out... (heck, they're ALL wonderful...)

the all-male globe production of twelfth night in which he plays viola and mark rylance plays olivia is just fantastic. very, very physically funny aside from shakespeare's own jokes, easy to understand, brilliantly acted, beautifully designed... and stephen fry as malvolio!

I enjoyed this interview. However, I was wondering how long would it be until Anya-Taylor Joy was going to be asked a question on the New Mutants. Her body language when answering the question about the New Mutants does not convince me that she is enthused about the movie. Also, Anya Taylor Joy mentioned that Josh Boone wanted to tell his version of the story as if she was shifting the spotlight on Josh Boone. I may be reading too much into her response. Perhaps she was not expecting a question about the New Mutants. Or, maybe she was having a bad day. I will stay calm and wait for a couple more interviews with her and the rest of the cast to see if I am reading to much into Anya Taylor's response to the New Mutants question.

Well, being neither American nor British, I think Johnny is passable but not handsome. I do think his actingwas excellent tho. I did enjoy the movie.

The adaptation is really bad, with exception of Mr. Knightley, that beside being amanzingly good looking is really true to the character.
@bixiella78304 жыл бұрын
How is it bad? I'm genuinely curios because I found it very fresh and funny
@aevanoparaiso74294 жыл бұрын
@@bixiella7830 it's very distant from the book, is one of my favourite ones, and the adaptation is totally different, Emma here is very different than how Emma should be, Harriet is too intelligent to how it should be is lost the nuance of her begging God for Mr. Knightley don't love the other... The movie is like a pink thing too distant from the book to be a real adaptation. I like the actor of Mr. Knightley, and for me is the only person that is more or less like expected, we can't see the connection between Emma and Frank churchill, so the end seems to unreal. Too many kissing, no Jane Austen Book has kissing... The movie is out of note from beginning to end.
@valeria-gw8mq3 жыл бұрын
@@aevanoparaiso7429 i disagree! i also read the book and this movie is probably my favorite adaptation of the book. i also think jane austen would’ve loved it, it was her kind of humor🙊 about the kissing... i don’t think a kiss is a big deal plus it was not unreal or out of place at all.

Johnny certainly isn't at all attractive or appealing in real life. He can't even open his mouth to speak. Thankfully he was portrayed more lifelike in the film.
@trouvaille15584 жыл бұрын
are you joking? I find him very attractive here
@ruthiemay47994 жыл бұрын
@@trouvaille1558 IDK, call me old school. I don't find any British men attractive at all except for a much younger Hugh Grant and even he had bad hair and teeth. I'm a Yankee, so please go easy on me. 😊😊😊

I completely agree I had to watch the film a second time to recognize his acting was in point because his looks were such a turn off.

TROUVAILLE no sorry everyone has different tastes I found him homely af and I was disappointed first time I watched the film but I did think his acting was good once I could get past his looks. I’m glad to see many women think he’s good looking because then I might feel bad writing my own opinion to each his own
@46foryounger4 жыл бұрын
Ruthie May I love British men but I find neither of them attractive and what is it about not taking care of your teeth. I find it crazy that people can be rich and have such a fucked up grill. Even the directors teeth like wth
