I get that people like the "old sound" and think they're "too pop", but sometimes bands get bored and wanna explore new sounds. Linkin Park, Paramore, Taylor Swift, Lil Wayne, KISS, Fleetwood Mac, David Bowie, Michael Jackson... We know Hey Violet can make good Punk-Rock, so they probably don't see it as a challenge creatively anymore. Or maybe they just don't enjoy making Punk-Rock music anymore. The Lovelis sisters are family. Miranda is a friend/collegue. She is not part of the family, which means it's no surprise that she's moving on. Remember, Miranda didn't join the band because she really, really wanted to sit in the dark while Rena Lovelis acts like a solo artist. Rena and Nia's parents have a vision for the band that doesn't include anyone but their daughters, so after they pushed Julia out they made sure Miranda was invisible in the new videos. I hope Miranda finds success in the music industry without these so-called friends.

You all are getting butt hurt over a music video. She IS the lead singer. She WILL get more light then most BUT the others are showed in the screen as well. And when they do sing, THEY ARE SHOWN. For those of you who are just following the comment and watching the first half of the video. They are still a good band and I'm sure they have dealt with this problem before and probably have already made a solution. They wouldn't post a video they weren't happy with because they are a team and work together. Also meaning that they care for each other and how they feel.

Been reading some comments, and personally, i'm okay with this kinda change. I mean, long as i can still hear nia with drums, casey with guitar, ian with the bass, and miranda with the keys, i still see them as the Hey Violet they were instead of like just 'rena and company'. I guess every band/artist goes through some changes with their sound or whatever at some point, just gotta continue to explore and play with their craft and go for whatever they feel like they wanna do. Ok i'm probably saying too much already lol, anyway that's just me :) p.s. i love this tune + songwriting is lit hihi
