Refael and Avital Salab and their children are evacuated from their home in Kiryat Shmona. Listen to them share their story to better understand the impact Operation Iron Swords is having on the residents of northern Israel. Refael is OU Israel Youth Center's Regional Director, Northern Israel. He and his staff are working around the clock traveling throughout Israel to help at-risk Israeli teens who have been displaced from their homes. They are missing their physical homes, social networks, schools and sense of security. Refael shares the work they are doing with these teens and their parents to help them overcome the trauma of the war.
