+E-404 He's generic in that he sounds just a bit similar/familiar. I dunno who he sounds like, maybe a touch of Phi Life Cypher, maybe a touch of Dizzie/Stormzy, a touch of this, a touch of that. Not saying I don't rock "Snakes and Ladders" LOUD, it's dope, but what Ocean has in mass appeal, he lacks in depth.
