Ahh, that was a good surprise ending where hannibal, lives on? in a sense. I wish ben had a better outcome, but it seems like he thought the bugs were the better chance at "survival", seems a bit like stockholm syndrome.

Font understand why his brothers would have a emotional reaction to Hannibal body firing if it happened a bunch of other times unless his consciousness died Gor good but wad confused anyway liked the story, yhks

they may download into new bodies but death for the Dachas brothers is still traumatic and awful. also, the way he was murdered will surely make Hannibal's brothers very upset. they are not reckless or cavalier about shifting into new bodies. In fact, in my later books their immortality is soul crushing to them. they feel that a bit of their soul is lost each time the download into a new container and that there is no afterlife to accept them.
