If you ever wish to paint, try to save up for a cheap compressor + airbrush instead of the cans. They're okay but you'll burn through them and your money pretty fast. They're mostly useful for priming/coating

EA Gunpla i was hoping if i could ask what materials you use for sanding and polishing your gunpla. Im trying to figure out the secret to sanding, because i dont know to polish, and i always end up with a scratch up looking surface. What do you use? Also, how do u paint small detail like eyes so precisely?

@@gamingjunkie6308 From my own experience in sanding, in order to get a polished look, do it with higher grit of sandpaper/sanding sponge. Try using godhand sanding sponge ultrafine (grit 4,000 - 10,000), and off with some Tamiya compound to go with that. You'd be able to get that glossy wet look we're always dreamed of

Who else started having an anxiety attack at the 50 second mark? I dont think I've ever taken a part off of a sprue until I've needed it. Seeing that pile of parts made me whimper a bit!

I just take my parts off the runner and sort them by putting the parts in a plastic baggie and labeling it by the runner so i wont have to spend the time cutting and sanding

I like the idea how you modify the head machanism so can glue it on remove the seam line and still allow the part separation for painting. That is one of my pain point about this kit 👍🏻

@@EAGunpla I’m assuming your using an enamel thinner to clean because your paints mr hobby are lacquer based correct. The enamel thinner is weaker and won’t rub off the base coat when you clean up. I want to switch over from Vallejo to mr hobby cause I like the surfacer 1500 for base primer. I don’t know if I can spray mr hobby over mecha primer from Vallejo .

I'm definitely gonna use this video as a tutorial for my first paint/scribing. It's so simple with a very inexpensive kit but the payoff will be worth it
