This is gorgeous. Wish we could have seen what was done to the backyard. The kitchen is definitely my favourite. I have a question about all the furniture and accessories. Do they designers rent this stuff or is the owner responsible for buying what they pick? Either way, who takes it where in the end?

They probably hired a stager or offer staging services themselves. The items (dishes, furniture, decor, etc. ) are kept in storage until they're needed to stage a home.

I played the reveal at 25% to really see everything. The new layout is open and the styling, elegant. What happened to the idea of changing the diagonal fireplace? Did they remove the only bathtub?
