Did anyone notice that Tarek said he offered $450k, but never said how much they bought it for?? I love this show, but rarely like the exterior paint choices. I've always thought that most houses look better with a colored body and white trim, while Cristina usually does the opposite, which looks really boring imo. She also tends to pick tile with blue in it rather than just white, grey, or a combo of both. That limits the choices buyers have in decorating. I was thinking that maybe they'd put some kind of little gate or something between the pool and house so it would be safer. I wonder if they could have built a taller fence to block some of the noise. Whatever the case, this was a HUGE improvement.
