How can houses have unpermitted structures in the US? How do people get away with it?

Have you noticed that christinas ideas are always received with skepticism and tarek just agrees to it unhappily, like as if it's a crazy idea but he does mind taking a chance on her idea. But his ideas are acceoted by christina so positively. even when they are expensive, he makes it seems like it is a a great idea and it is totally valid thing to spend money on.. i feel like its hidden sexism. Women always have to fight twice as hard for validation and their ideas to be received seriously. Unfortunate.

Yes, I agree. I've noticed this before on other videos of theirs.

I agree . That’s what deteriorates a marriage. I feel Tarek always gave her a hard time on any decision.
@lindathompson3982 Жыл бұрын
I always feel that it's more a 'marital/balance' dynamic as opposed to anything else...These two are business partners as well as marriage partners, so it is obviously not simple..Plus, I've noticed misplaced competetiveness as well as passive-aggressive tendencies at times; they likely need more 'down time' wirh so much continually on their collective plate.

Dudes over charging for work then they turn around and over charge for the asking price… they’re all crooks!
@VioletJoy3 жыл бұрын
How do you know the contractor was overcharging? No doubt Tarek knew that buyers would be willing to go above the asking price, so he priced it accordingly.
@jillhopson49492 жыл бұрын
When buyers have a bidding war it goes above asking. Contractors in California are more expensive.
