You can put the grenade packs on the backskirt in waverider mode, adds a little more blue and fills it out I think it looks better personally.

Nice tip! The beam rifle fits there too, which looks way better than putting it on the tail binder.

This was a cool kit (yes, I'm woefully late to the party, I didn't get this until November 2018). I'm not a fan of how it had to partsform in order to go into Waverider Mode (it's why I ignored the original craptastic HG and the cool HGUC), but I guess that it couldn't be helped; in exchange for the smaller size & partsforming, there's a ton of stability. (Something that the RG kit ain't got *at all*)

These stickers which are not metallic, get scratched easily on my kits and reveal silver metallic color. Do you have that problem?

mine have very tight shoulders joints, did you had any breakage or stress in the plastic with your kit?

No, but the shoulder joints are terrifying to move around.

i'm planning on painting these red parts, do you have a recommendation Citrus? there is no Mr Hobby paints here, only Tamiya and Revell

The regular Tamiya red should be fine. I'd lay down gray primer first, which should cover up the black better than white.

I just built the RG Zeta, screw that kit. After building transformable kits for the last, 2 I'm done with things that have a corefighter. I do think the RG looks way better than this kit, but you are gonna pay for it with rage.
