brother, being an automobile engineer, I appreciate your genuine review and your tech skills. In fact It shall improve KMPL, no DOUBT. For making HHO , battery capacity may not be sufficient which u noticed. If u assist lpg / natural gas / HHO, to the intake of carburetor = you will get more combustion = more power = with less acceleration vehicle will move more speed. Next time test weather the unit was producing HHO or not. Then go for trail of milage test . OR KEEP ADDITIONAL CHARGED BATTERY FOR TESTING PURPOSE TO PRODUCE HHO,, surely u will get better KMPL, . भाई आपने बहुत अच्छी वीडियो बनाई है मैं एचएचओ किट खुद भी बनाता था और इसमें तकरीबन मैंने 1:30 ₹200000 खर्च किए थे मैंने लगभग 15 से 20 गाड़ी में इस किट को भी लगाया था उसमें फोर व्हीलर किट भी लगाए थे आपने जो प्रॉब्लम बताइए उसका हाल भी मैंने ढूंढ लिया था पर अचानक से पेट्रोल के दाम गिरने की वजह से तब मुझे कम रिस्पांस मिला था इससे गाड़ी की स्मूदनेस और पिक अप में फर्क तो जरूर पड़ता है पर फोर व्हीलर में हमने अलग से बैटरी लगा के इसका उपयोग किया था तो रिजल्ट वाकई चौका चौका देने वाले मिले थे मेरे दोस्त की एक स्कोडा फाबिया में हमें 63 किलोमीटर प्रति लीटर डीजल का माइलेज मिला था उसको हमने पांच छह बार टेस्ट किया हर बार हमें 65 से 67 किलोमीटर तक का माइलेज मिला था वह आज भी हमारे लिए रहस्य है व्यावसायिक व्यस्तता की वजह से फिर इस प्रोजेक्ट पर मैं आगे काम नहीं कर सका था पर आज भी मेरे पास इसके बहुत सारे पार्ट्स और लगभग 50 से ज्यादा कीट्स पड़े हैं मैंने यह सिर्फ आपकी जानकारी के लिए कमेंट किया है धन्यवाद

Dear Self Repair Guruji when you are adding additional fuel like HHO had you need to reduce petrol flow in carburettor otherwise there won't be mileage difference. In fuel injection engines the ECU checks oxygen level through lambda sensor and reduces petrol injection so mileage increases automatically. So when you are testing do learn things fully before concluding anything

This kind of modifications to fuel system which affects the performance and emissions are not diy stuff these has to be done by professionals who are expert in handling these things not all mechanics can do this. Proper tuning of fuel supply will only give good results.

brother, he tested on non fuel injection vehicle which was not having all those sensors. There is no need of reducing fuel, simply may need to reduce rpm screw because the engine will run at higher rpm if assisted with hho kit. thank u brother

For a carburettor type engine the air fuel mixture ratio is adjusted manually through a screw similar to idling setting screw that needs to be adjusted for reducing petrol supply to engine so that HHO fuel shall be utilised in a balanced combination and get more mileage than running on petrol only.

Good testing and feel the genueity. So many people fitted this and most openion is hho is not at all increasing mileage. Rather this, Splendor's Carborator main jet number is 102, you can change this jet to 100, same pick up, same top speed you will get and mileage will increase to 7 to 9 km per litre. Bro...U said brake pads...Brake pads are for disc brakes but by seeing ur comment "Screw" it seems it is drum brake and you have change your brake shoes. May be brake lining is too thick and they are rubbing against your drum. Take sand paper and rub it against brake lining. This will remove some material and it will not run against your brake drum. Do it little only. This will help you. Thanks

According to multimeter my scooter charging current goes beyond 15amp. Whenever I ride it above 60kmph the horn sound changes, it's not as crispier as it was under 60kmph. Why this happens?

The problem with HHO is that engine/vehicle manufacturers don't design things to 'expect ' an HHO addition. On an modern ECU engine one should be able to make a tune where engine detects HHO gas and reduces petrol Diesel flow so that you get more mileage.

@@selfrepairguruji awaiting a new video..I've done this research in 2003 or so. Back then we had to make HHO kits using old Battery plates (after removing acid etc). However, unless you get engine properly tuned it will not increase mileage. Also, HHO works better on Turbo diesels rather than Small petrols. Atleast you get nice turbo boost & cleaner, higher end revving if not mileage.

Confused to see this. I ever used one kit, from a different company, in 2013, for 5 years, on my pulsar 180. I have installed myself, also helped installing in friend's bikes. I used to have the result, the unit comes with an electronic regulator, which controls the current. After installed, i had to reset the carburetor, for perfect mixture(leaning fuel, as supplement fuel is adding to mixture). Before I used to get +/- 55kmpl, after installation, i got +/- 64kmpl. Also did pollution test. The carbondioxide emissions also reduced to very lower number. Now I live out of country, when I went back home on 2018, i checked my pulsar, the hho kit was still working fine, my brother said mileage and power still higher than normal engine, i tried again with the kit on and off, I could feel the difference, in the power(just a little boost ), the sound becomes smoother . So I uninstalled and brought it with me, to install in my bike, somehow the regulator seems not working but i am wondering is it safe to install directly without the regulator..
