I wouldn't worry about the cleaning fee for the customer. It's a rental. It's to be expected. He might not leave a good review if he has to pay an extra 150

That sucks! To trash a brand new vehicle like that lacks respect for others property. What a mess they left behind. I’d just be sick and angry. So goes the way of the rental business. By the way, Cap, I appreciate your consistency in video production.

Looks like they went on al little ski trip. Banff and other resorts are open. Looks like salt or gravel from a parking lot, and it looks like dripping dirty snow off the skis o the side walls. I’m no detective though.

A lease will charge 12 to 20 cents per km. That puts the base usage at say $120. Profit of about $100 for the weekend.

My thoughts too. Skis are a killer on interiors. Same as suitcases. Maybe look into a trunk liner?

Also PPF on the back bumper top for scratches. Every rental car i have used has bumper scratches.
