Very sorry to hear about your father. My mother passed this past October and her spreading of ashes was a few weeks ago. At the family dinner, my brother opened a bag of her jewelry and had the girls pick what they wanted. My daughter picked a Cyma Swiss watch. Didn’t know my Mom even had that. Still works.

Hi Matt, I'm sorry about what happened to your father. I lost my mom to leukemia some 5 years ago. Great to see you with your "open fire and the Xmas tree". I think it´s good for you that you had covid and that you -obviously - got away without serious problems, meaning this bloody infection trained you immune system and made you even stronger. I look forward to your vids and wish you all the best for the year to come. Ah yes: To your questions. I built up a nice collection of low priced watches like my Seagull 1963, my MaS Irukandji and some really old tickers like my Universal Space Compax, my 1985 Fat Lady, my 1973 Seiko Tv Automatic and some very-very special ones like my 1953 18K JL bumper automatic, my 1968 Accutron Deep Sea 666......and many others. What you said about the things in life which really matter make me think that you have learned some lessons quite well. Keep on with what you´re doing .........and do it well. (and survive). Ahhhhhh yes, I forgot: I live in a littly village close to Frankfurt in Germany.

Sorry about the loss of your Father. I lost both my parents a few years ago, it's always difficult. But good you are keeping busy even despite the difficulties. And now for something entirely different: Iam wearing my Breitling Cal. 11/12 Navytimer automatic ( the dial says it´s a AVIATION) It was put together by O&W after they eventually purchased a lot of the Breitling companies "left overs" after Willy Breitling passed away in 1979. On my right I´m wearing my " new" 1963 Chronograph...........nothing special BUT a nice ticker though.
