Well my random theory is that since he actually has a defect making the arm which which was replaced weak there is actually a high chance of some reinforcement of his body. I doubt the machine would want to create a fragile garbage collector and avoid chances at all costs. Project Armstrong might actually be a quite good thing even if it was twisted.

i think one of my favorite little things in cut scenes and interactions is the moment the team disconnects from 808 and its own ai takes over and they have to take a moment to process whats happening and its normally always bad things ahead (like 4:25) also that jump to credits made me laugh really hard!
