I totally understand you. I'm a first time mom too and everything was so overwhelming. I had to let go of the things I used to do (for a while) so that I can focus on my son. Now that he's a toddler, I'm finally able to take a step again, one at a time. It's tiring yet also amazing to see what moms can do for their children. Ps. I missed you! I binged watch all your videos and repeat. 😁❤

Hi Sara, We are here for you and we will always be here for you, no matter how long it takes, Stress affects people in many different ways, some people turn to drink, some people turn to drugs, some people turn to violence while others ask for help and some find another way of dealing with it, but some find that staying away from social media helps because you don't have to keep answering questions and it feels less stressful and less pressurised to that individual, I know l've been there more than once so believe me when I say I really do know what stress is even more so when you want to do the unthinkable to yourself, truly I do understand what you mean when you say that you felt stressed and that you find it hard to deal with, but look on the bright side Sara, you a a Beautiful Baby, what an incredible gift from God

I always feel so relax when I'm working and watching your vlog. Glad to see you're back full of motivation.
