8:55 how do you create an auto generated new page when you click on the + and instead of a new page you get the template automatically?

It’s a template button. You find it by typing “/template button” and it should show up. Then you would put anything you want part of that template in there and click save. I think she made a page first with her weekly planner laid out, then went back to the page that that page was on, searched up a template button and dragged the page into the template button and saved. Hope this helps!

2:53 so much stress on your poor index finger, cutting all those veggies with a small blade. 😟 Do you have a chef's knife? The rocking motion of a larger knife like a chef's knife will save your hand tendons if you cut veggies a lot.

hehe aww, it's so sweet that you care about my index finger 🥰 Yes we have a chef's knife, I am just so scared to use it 😅 A couple of years ago I cut my left pinky accidentally while cooking, and now the top part of it is numb 😳 you are so sweet, thank you 🥰
