It's basically the same people as Technotronic. Jo Bogaert and Ya Kid K. For Technotronic, Bogaert wanted to use the face of a model as the frontwoman. That's why Ya Kid K is not in the video or in early performances. After Technotronic had several hits, they reversed thT decision and started showcasing Ya Kid K as the frontwoman.

Wow. When I was 4-5 years old, my older sisters (by 11 and 13 years) would get me to dance to whatever I liked. Man, did I ever bust a move. They loved watching me, too! I thought I was all that, man... they pop this tape in, and I'd start dancing in our living room. The mere fact that it was from the TMNT soundtrack made it even sweeter! I listened to this marterpiece was in 1995 the very first time. In my country people would watch so many tv programms that came out from House and Eurodance then suddenly this song got my mind completely. I'm a lover of this music Eurodance/Techno, Techno House.
