Me as a drummer thought the snare sounded way past garbage. It sounds like a rimshot, but if you did that on cardboard. It's absolutely horrendous.

And what did you think? This song is a huge departure from the most of their stuff. And the vocalist is good but not my cup of. Definitely not what I was expecting based on this intro
@AliceIsAtlasКүн бұрын
@@dharmapunk777 I would say if you're not into progressive rnb you won't be into most of their stuff fr I like it and I also love noise rock and heavy stuff but I could see how it isn't for everyone I would say there's something to getting into that kind of groovy stuff tho. Its heavy in a different way.

@thebalsamicnewt99784 сағат бұрын
@dharmapunk777 I agree, it's pretty different. But I actually liked some of their other stuff. It can get a little avant garde, but I like the slightly abstract, chaotic nature of it

Music Man Bongo 6 (in Sky Blue), you're looking at about £3k. Honest advice is set yourself a budget, find a guitar shop with a good selection of second hand basses and find something that feels good to play. Don't worry about the brand etc, all the best punk records were recorded with piece of shit instruments they pulled out of a skip. Especially if you're gonna rag it through a load of distortion pedals.

It has so much potential, but ultimately, the experimental nature of the composition is its downfall for me. It never arives at a groove that can be enjoyed. It's very unique and original, though. There's definitely art here, I just doubt it's something more than what people would just listen to as a novelty.
