Ingredients:
Hibiscus - 45 to 50
white rice - 1 fist
Yeast - 1 tsp
Lemon - 1 tsp
Sugar - 850g
water - 2 liters
* Rinse, clean the flower and separate the stem and petals of hibiscus flower
* In the jar add hibiscus petals, white rice, sugar, lemon juice, Yeast, water.
* Stir all the Ingredients using wooden spatula
* Close the Jar lid air tight with the help of cloth
* Every alternate days stir the ingredients using a wooden spatula
* This would need 28 days to complete the Fermentation
* Place a cloth over a strainer and separate the residue
