Peter Capaldi Interview // Richard Strange's A Mighty Big If

Doctor Who incumbent Peter Capaldi is one of the UK's most loved and respected actors. His career has been celebrated with many awards including numerous BAFTAs and an Academy Award for the short film, Franz Kafka's It's A Wonderful Life, which Peter directed. Here, Peter talks in-depth to raconteur Richard Strange about his life and his work - a rare opportunity to meet the man behind the characters. This encounter was a part of Richard Strange's 'A Mighty Big If' series, filmed at the House of St Barnabas, the charity’s beautiful 19th century French Gothic Chapel in the heart of Soho, London.

i don't think many can really comprehend the depth of this wonderful, unique, idiosyncratic, man. i only got introduced to him "In The Thick of It" and then my search ensued but not too far........Doctor Who solidified what I always thought about him and to this day............The Devils Hour, etc.......and his first line as the Doctor..........Do you happen to know how to fly this thing? Yes, Peter, you do and always will.
