Loved this Hibs team. Rangers were absolutely terrified of us that season. A couple of months earlier we’d beat them 3-0 at ibrox, and a couple of months after this game we went back to ibrox and beat them 3-0 again!

Can you imagine if that team stuck together for a couple of seasons along with Lataby and the master Frank. Would’ve won the league by Xmas. We’ve got a long way to go after going to Easter Road yesterday playing the whole team out of position instead of giving fish a2nd chance or playing miller from the start at RB… just madness

One more John, I was working in Topman managing a concession of a “High Fashion “ brand. ( smart arse wee salesman) and sold Malkowski pre season when he just signed for the Hibs a bright orange jumper, then I realised who he was and had to explain to him why he couldn’t wear it, changed it for a black polo neck….honest, no joke.
