Here it is in English :) INGREDIENTS 60g butter 30g sugar Pinch of salt 15g almond flour or ground almonds 1 egg yolk 90g cake or pastry flour 5g unsweetened cocoa powder INSTRUCTIONS 1. Mix butter, granulated sugar and salt well. 2. Add almond flour and mix. 3. Add egg yolk and mix. 4. Sift flour and mix. Wrap half (100g) in plastic wrap and shape it into an elongated shape. 5. Sift the cocoa powder into the remaining 100g and mix. Now form the cocoa mixture into the same shape like in Step 4. Put the dough in the refrigerator for about an hour and let it rest. 6. I'm definitely making these, thank you for the chewing sound in the end, it helps to understand about the texture of the cookie.

Estoy encantada con tus recetas, muchas felicidades, son de primera calidad. Nadamás una recomendación; que las letras donde indican cantidades, que sean en otro color para que resalten, no veo muy bien y me cuesta un poco de trabajo leerlas. ¡Mil gracias y bendiciones!

Japanese schoolgirls make these sweets on valentine's day. In Japan, it's custom for the females to give their crushes home-made sweets(usually an annual school romance event). Or, they have tomo-choco(friend chocolates) which they pass around their female classmates. Normally the typical sweet for the crush has some sort of chocolate in them, but I've seen many of these cookies during the event too since they look fancy even tho they're real simple to make.
