Nevertheless from the stories and lives of people I have observed, I have come to see that there are some situations where God permits divorce. As the Bible advises, partners who find themselves not making headway in their marriage even after several efforts to better the situation while staying together, they should first separate for as long as will allow them to reset their minds properly and see clearly. If they are willing and walk with God sincerely, they will be reconciled. If after separation, no headway, divorce and remarry remains an option.

Honestly I feel so sad whenever I hear of divorce and infidelity issues in marriage. It can really break people down. I am not in marriage yet but the concept makes me scared really. About the falling thing it happens whenever you are at a peak point being filled with the Spirit. After a personal vigil one night and a lot of praying in the Holy Ghost at about the second or third day thereabout as I called two people with me for us to hold hands in prayer together , I was amazed when one of them started staggering under the power of the Holy Ghost. Divorce and séparation in marriage is of the flesh. If God is love and loves unconditionally, the love of God should form the foundation of every marriage in Christ. How can one claim to love God and cannot love his wife or vice versa? Every truth has been delivered to the church in the scriptures so obedience should honor God in marriage.

The Church universal has this challenge from the very begining- the Book of Acts, 1 & 2 Cor, Phillipines, etc. We don't have many accessible, equipped, safe and secure Renewal places to access. God hates divorce. And when it happens u stay single till death or one party dies. My spouse divorce me without any quarrel after 4yrs of marriage for more than 12 years now, only I didnt have a child in that 4yrs. Even many 'men of God' have advised me to remarry but God has frown on it to me. Lets stop deceiving ourselves.

I think there is nothing wrong with divorce, marriage shouldn't be do or die. I remember when my mom was married to my dad, a lot of problems in the marriage and i was able to see that as a kid and grew up with it. Now i'm a grown man i separate the 2 of them and my mom have her peace, she is healthy, looking younger etc. But she was dying in the marriage all because she don't want people talking about her and i say to her "who cares?", she said the bible is against it. I have to preach to her and she give up those her mentality. so i 100% support divorce if it has to deal with your life before u lose it all in the name of marriage.

I'm halfway through and from what I've gotten from her is that she probably had a love for God or things of God but I don't think she sounds like a genuine "woman of God". If she was, God would have shown her a sign and she should have waited on God for the right man. She seems too caught up in worldly desires like fame & money. Ideally, she should be in the mode of prayer, healing & reflection instead of exposing & "speaking her truth".
