In this video, I traveled to Xiamen, Fujian for some of the very best Chinese street food in China.
Xiamen is very close to Taiwan and they share a lot of similarities in terms of food, culture, and even local dialect. I love Taiwanese street food so I knew I'd love street food in Xiamen.
I have a series of videos coming but this episode is very very special.

Oh yes I remember Xiamen, went there on 2008 but didn’t really eat much there. Will need to go back again, the skewers look amazing! Love the smell of charcoal on skewers. 😋😋😋
