We can rotate CJ in gta san Andreas In the Mobile version When we move the camera then the head of the CJ rotated and in PC the num button has to be used to rotate the CJ head

Youve missed the part where npcs run below roofs from rain. Like at Playboy's place for example. And they use newspapers to cover wet on their heads.
