Quick tip for everyone, when you travel into frostburn canyon, immediately walk back out into three horns then walk back into frostburn. Do this as many times as you like, every single time you re-enter the map you will spawn a new one. This way you can put up loads and pick the best one you get.

I haven't used a turtle shield in YEARS of playing Borderlands! Last time I did was probably my first playthrough on the PS3! This short reminded me exactly why I hated it.. it slows your character down immensely in exchange for larger shield.

Turtle shields dont slow your character down, character movement speed is actually based on the height of the character, so salvador being the shortest by far is also by far the slowest. Hope this helps you reconsider using turtle shields!

It's a solid SMG for sure. Plus you can fast travel in multiple times and pick up all that spawn and sell the ones you don't want, knocking out some of the blue rarity item challenges. I usually travel back and forth from The Dust to Frostburn Canyon until the box with the Gwen's Head pistol appears in Ellie's garage, that way I don't have to go looking for it in one if it's other spawn locations. A solid pistol and SMG and it's a quick & easy method.

fyi on a decent build the lauscoix can last til like lvl 20. generally you would want something new before the mission where you have to get back to sanctuary. it’s not good enough for the fridge and def not for overlook, even tho those can be skipped with basic exploits

You can enter and exit the Frostburn Canyon to spawn multiple copies of this gun The more time you enter, the more guns will spawn.... But don't do it too many times because some of them will clip through the floor

Ok, so I just made a comment on this and I went back and there's 2 weapons there! One is the "Smooth Lascaux" and the other sitting right beside this is the "Burst Fire Lascaux." 😀

Yeah! I heard of that, a few other people mentioned in the comments that if you go there and back you respawn the weapon. If you do it too many times it clips through the floor so be carefull.

Okay? This weapon isn't "OP" it's just good and incredibly easy to farm. This one is an early game goodie though. Also it scales after you complete different portions of the story mode so be sure to pop back in to collect a leveled up version of it. It's a damn good weapon. Thanks for posting.
