Yes. It is possible with the Samsung Galaxy note 8. Please try downloading car mode from Galaxy App store and then use MirrorLink. Then navigation should work.

Please guide me how to lock the two rear doors when the kids are seating at the back side of the car and in the Polo even when the car is on move you can open the doors from inside any time. As i am aware that there is child lock on the door side but I want to know how to centrally lock the all the doors and the driver can have the control. Please let me know ....

use the child lock on the doros. there is a small hole in the side of the door, use your key to lock it. Now the doors will not open form the handle inside. also, the windows will not open fully as well.

I know the width of the car with them opened, and the width without counting them, but not the real measure of how much do you really gain by folding them, because even folded I think they overlap a bit from the side of the car, they don't fold completely... I have a really narrow parking space, and every centimetre counts, so I'll really appreciate if you can tell me that. Thanks again!

Yes. Cornering light is available only in Highline & Highline Plus variants of 2018 Polo / Vento.

Hi Dilip. Does your Polo have a Traction Control System? If yes, do you have it on or off while driving? I always have it on in my Hyundai i20, also when the roads are dry. Do you know if there are advantages of driving with Traction Control off? Cheers.

I am using the Polo Allstar variant and it doesn't have traction control system. Only Polo GT comes with traction control system in India. You can turn On & Off the traction control system as per the road condition.

If you have said you are interested in getting a petrol variant, I might have suggested a Baleno or Swift. But you have mentioned you are interested in Diesel TDi variant of the Polo. It is an awesome car and it cannot be compared with the Swift or an i20 in my honest opinion. Polo is way better than i20 or Swift.

It is spacious in front seats. But it will be a little difficult for getting in & out if you are very tall. Rear seats are comfortable only for 2 adults as there is a huge hump in the middle of the floor. But leg space is good for people upto 6 feet tall

If you take Polo, Hill hold function is available only in VW Polo GT TSI. It is available in a few other cars too... If I could borrow that car from someone, I will definitely make a detailed video on it. Hill hold control will hold the car for a few seconds from moving backwards while driving uphill.

Yes. Of course I face issues with the ground clearance when the car is in full load. We have to drive very carefully through pot holes and speed breakers when the car is in full load. As I drive mostly single, it's not an issue for me.

Pressing the boot open button on the key works with the car locked as well, it unlocks and pops the boot without unlocking the doors. After closing the boot, it automatically locks again.

Put the mirror knob to L, select reverse gear, lower the left mirror to see the gutter. Leave the knob to L, the mirror will auto lowers when you put into reverse. Press and hold the open on the key flob, all the windows will be open, great to cool down the car before you get in.

Yes. The new 1.0 l engine will be better in fuel efficiency. But I personally don't recommend it. I also bought the Polo Allstar 1.2 petrol for an on road price of 8.7 lakhs last year. The performance is just ok. But the diesel 1.5 TDI variant is much better in fuel efficiency, performance & resale value. So it is better to go for the Comfortline diesel for that budget or increase your budget and get the Highline plus diesel.

Please watch my video Hyundai i20 Vs Volkswagen Polo. Please choose the car you personally like. Please don't listen to your friends. If you don't like the car after buying, just imagine how much problem you will be facing. Take a test drive & decide. In my opinion, VW Polo is a better car than the i20. Yes. The recommended tyre pressure is mentioned inside the fuel lid. Just open your fuel lid and check inside, you can find the sticker that mentions recommended air pressure

There is no isofix mount for fixing child seats in VW Polo sold in India. However you can mount the child seats using the seat belt. But it isn't as good as the isofix mount.

Does the car still gets locked in 45 sec if u left your keys inside car? Case 1: key+remote inside ignition keyhole Case 2: key+remote anywhere inside car , dashboard,seats etc

After unlocking the car using the key, if none of the doors are opened for 45 seconds, then the car gets automatically locked. If any one of the door is opened, it doesn't lock automatically. When the key is in our hand both the above mentioned situations are not possible. However, we can keep the spare key in ignition & try. I haven't tried it.
