I actually just recently played through every DoDonPachi game. The first two games on my MiSTer, and the rest on my Steam Deck. PGM is a treasure trove of Cave games!

Looks a cool little fighter. Those CRT shaders/filters wouldn't look as bad if they didn’t darken the image. But yeah, prefer sharper pixels. The Metal Slug games looks good, too.

Playing the full PGM Collection for years now ...my absolute favourite Beat em Ups are on there - like "Gladiator" and the Knights of Valor Series Not to forget Demon Front - which is "in some gameplay aspects" even better then the NEWER Metal Slugs Great Tutorial for starters :D
