I am actually glad you stayed in a cabin, I had no idea they have those in the park. Still cannot get over all that snow in Arizona. Stay safe and warm, hugs to little one.💞🙏The Anasazi was a tribe that mysteriously dissapeared hundreds of years ago, it is amazing to see those petroglyphs.

Careful with eating too much spinach. I was eating lots of it in salads then started developing kidney stones when i thought i would get as strong as popeye. Spinach is extremely high in oxalates. Smiling at little one getting her chicken cooked first. Love that

Much of Arizona is forested and mountainous and yes a fair number of lakes both natural & man made. Even in the desert areas there are what are known as "sky islands" Catalina Mts and Pinalenos Mts are two of them.

Wonder if the ancient peoples who did the petroglyph's wondered what it would be like in the future to be blessed enough to have a jeep for transportation..a baby dog companion...a broken heated blanket...cooking supplies..a refrigerator for cold food storage...and a mobile phone/computer/picture and video devise so they could communicate instantly anywhere in the world instead of making pictures on varnished rocks. It makes us realize how blessed we can be compared to the normal everyday survival ancient peoples endured. God Bless...stay safe...good job

Spring is Always Unpredictable. All too often when we think the Sun is going to shine and the Tems are going to warm up, along comes a Raging Storm, snow, rain, wind, and a bunch of other Odd Things. But just remember, Very soon you will be roasting with 100-plus degrees. I love it all, no matter what. I'll bet, you do too. Enjoy Completely.

Oh there are lakes everywhere in AZ! lol...heck we got like 4 or 5 within 50-150 miles surrounding even Phoenix! I have been to all of them at some point, my favorite tho, probably in the whole state is that Canyon Lake w/in 1-2hrs of Phoenix, southeast, just beyond Apache Junction along the Apache Trail...so beautiful there, prettiest damn lake here in the good ole' southwest (said that in my best cowboy accent! lol)
