Yikes, this is darkly interesting- sad news for the pollinators of course. I sprayed quite a lot of this as a landscaper when it arrived in Hawaii during my early twenties. That was about 50 yrs ago. I heard it referred to as the “penicillin of the herbicide world”, and, “you’d have to choke on it in order to die from it”, and, it was monocot specific. Translation: no PPE’s necessary- I sprayed copious gallons shorts and flip-flops.

Good point. I had that thought but I never did any research. When I saw desert honey at the local honey shop (produced in Arizona) I thought it might be safer given that agriculture is less of a big deal out there where the Cacti flower. I also got medicinal honey from Yemen and Oman. Places imagine are pretty desert-like. Those were expensive but they had some cheaper stuff imported from Romania that I could use more regularly I suppose (as long as Glyphosate or anything else isn't a big deal in Romania).

Curious if the suggestions to consume ACV and fermented foods are still okay if also having to consider histamine intolerance foods in my diet? Would they be considered high histamine due to being 'aged' for a longer timeframe? Obviously almost everything eaten is aged to a certain extent, but when does the duration of this become too long? (I'm not out hunting animals, immediately butchering and consuming them, for example!). Thanks 😊
